Thank you for shopping with Tivon.pk. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase are included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.
  • Products returned without their original packaging or accessories.
  • Items marked as Final Sale, Non-Returnable, or Clearance, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made through a mutually agreed payment method or bank transfer.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Exchanges

We will replace an item if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The replacement item is available in stock.

If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Tivon.pk will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
